User Experience Engineer

Who you are:

An ambitious, creative and talented individual who wants to work on challenging and potentially world-changing problems

Strong understanding of user behavior, good UI design principles, and how to build large but consistent and easy to use websites
Must be a superstar in at least one of the following areas: UI design from concept to photoshop mocks, Full html/css implementation of UI mocks, Building of sophisticated javascript/ajax apps and widgets
Strong recent college graduates are welcome (but we’ll need examples of your work and/or side projects)

What you’d do:

Set the standard for UI and usability in a nascent and rapidly-growing industry
Solve the unique problem of making sophisticated financial products and services understandable and easy-to-use
Brainstorm with other members of the team on ways to keep innovating and building industry-defining tools and services
Design, prototype and implement new concepts and ideas rapidly
